Return Policy Page

At AutoHub, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible purchasing experience. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy that allows you to receive a refund.


Eligibility:


To be eligible for a return, the vehicle must be in the same condition as when it was purchased, with no damage or alterations. The vehicle must also be returned within  3 days of the purchase date.


Refund Amount:


If the return is approved, you will receive a refund of 85% of the purchase price. The remaining 15% will be retained by AutoHub to cover administrative and processing fees.


Return Procedure:

Exceptions:


The following are exceptions to our return policy:


- Vehicles that have been damaged or altered in any way

- Vehicles that have been driven more than 5,000 miles since purchase

- Vehicles that have been purchased "as-is" or with a waiver of warranty


Warranty:


All vehicles sold by AutoHub are sold "as-is" unless otherwise specified. If a vehicle is sold with a warranty, the warranty terms and conditions will be outlined in the sales contract.
